Design
This site features the former Enos Grocery Store which has been converted into
street level retail space of 1,090 square feet with the second floor containing
two one bedroom units. This building is a wood structure with a sloped
shingled roof. The ground floor retail space, which is now home to "The
Naked Lounge" coffee house, also features an outdoor seating area accessible
through double patio doors.
The new building exterior is stucco with large windows fronting 15th Street. The four live+work units also have small patios.
The site is adjacent to a light rail station and across the street from Fremont Park.
