Apartments

CADA has a wide range of apartments. While CADA does have some two and three bedroom units, the majority of our apartments are one bedroom and studio apartments. One bedroom apartments generally rent from $575 to $874 per month. Studios generally rent from $500 to $785 per month. CADA also has a limited number of rooming house units.

All apartments are located within walking distance of the State Capitol. Current apartment availability listings are published every Friday at 1pm and you can either view the availability listing online or you may pick up a hard copy at CADA's administrative office at 1522 14th Street.

To apply for a CADA apartment, you must fill out a rental application form, which you can download* (725 KB) or pick up at CADA's administrative office. Your application will not be processed until you have selected an apartment, paid the appropriate deposit and a $25 application fee (cash, cashier's check or money order) and returned your rental application in person. CADA will not accept application forms via mail, e-mail or fax.
