CADA has parking spaces available within the Capitol Area (5th-17th, L thru R Street). A listing of parking space availability at our lots is published every Wednesday at 1:00 PM and may be picked up at CADA’s administrative office at 1522 14th Street or you can click here to download the availability listing as of April 21, 2012.

The monthly parking space rates are*:

$120 for an uncovered lot
$130 for a covered lot
$140 for a shared garage
$150 for a private garage

*These figures are subject to change. CADA apartment residents receive a 50% discount off of these rates. Please contact CADA for the most recent information.
