Delta Victorians

RELOCATION AND REHABILITATION:
Designed by Nielsen Wiese of Sacramento in 1984. These structures were relocated from other parts of downtown Sacramento to this infill site in the Capitol Area. In 1988, Nielsen Wiese also rehabilitated a historic single family residential structure at 17th and O Streets and constructed two additional residential units on the rear portion of this property.
