Palm Mansion

REHABILITATION:
Designed by Bruce Whitelam of Sacramento. Recipient of Sacramento Old City Association Award in 1984. Prior to its restoration by CADA, this lovely Victorian had been used for a detoxification center and had been severely damaged by a fire. In 1984, it was rehabilitated and converted into four apartments.
