CADA : The Capitol Area Development Authority
The Capitol Area Development Authority was created in 1978 by a joint powers agreement between the State of California and the City of Sacramento to facilitate the development of quality residential and neighborhood commercial development within the Capitol Area.
For 30 years, CADA has pioneered sustainability through the preservation of cultural resources, construction of smart growth urban infill developments and community projects.
