Parking

CADA currently has parking spaces available within the Capitol Area (5th-17th, L thru R Street). A listing of parking space availability at our lots is normally published every Wednesday at 1:00 PM and may be picked up at CADA's administrative office at 1522 14th Street.

As of July 1, 2007 and depending on location, the monthly parking space rates are*:

• $100-$120 for an uncovered lot
• $110 for a covered lot
• $120 for a shared garage
• $140 for a private garage

*These figures are subject to change. CADA apartment residents receive a discounted parking space rate. Please contact CADA for the most recent information.
