17 and N StreetREHABILTATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION:
This project encompassed relocating an apartment building from the footprint of the State’s East End Project to the corner of 17th and N Streets and then constructing a new annex building on the alley. Rehabilitation of the original structure received a 2001 Preservation Award from the Sacramento Art Deco Society.
