It is at the heart of a very lively and desirable neighborhood located north of Hot Italian, west of privately-managed apartments and south of The Fremont Building, which is home to Starbucks, Nishiki Restaurant, and Pronto, among other tenants. It is across from Fremont Park, a very active neighborhood park which has regular community activities including a farmer’s market and family film nights.
