We appreciate our residents' on time rent payments. Please be reminded that rent is always due by the end of the day on the 5th, even when the 5th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday. When the 5th does fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, we'll consider rent on time only if it's in our drop box by 7 am the next business day (usually a Monday). If you wait until we open on the next business day, the payment is considered late. You may put checks or money orders (no cash) in CADA's after hours drop box located by the double doors at the northern end of our administrative offices. The late fee is $25 and is assessed on the 6th. Please pay your rent on time and save that $25 for something fun!
Health, Fire, Safety Inspections
All of CADA apartments are inspected annually to insure they are being maintained in a safe and habitable condition. There must be clear paths between doors and windows and there must not be an accumulation of papers, debris in the apartments. If you have any concerns about your inspection, please contact resident services representative. We appreciate residents' compliance with these inspections.
