Rent: We appreciate our residents’ on time rent payments. Please be reminded that rent is always due by the end of the day on the 5th, even when the 5th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday. When the 5th does fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, we’ll consider rent on time only if it’s in our drop box by 7 AM the next business day (usually a Monday). If you wait until we open on the next business day, the payment is considered late. You may put checks or money orders (no cash) in CADA’s after- hours drop box located by the double doors at the northern end of our administrative offices. The late fee is $25 and is assessed on the 6th. Please pay your rent on time and save that $25 for some fun in the City!
