East End Gateway Site 4 (16th/P Streets)
East End Gateway Site 4 RFP

CADA's Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with Lambert Development Company for East End Gateway Site 4 expired in September 2007. At the June 20 CADA Board meeting, the Board approved issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the site on August 1, 2008, with proposals due on October 31, 2008. Developers wishing to respond to the RFP must do so by the anticipated deadline of October 31, 2008. No extensions of time will be granted.
