In order to reserve an apartment it requires a completed application that will be emailed to you directly and payment of $40 per Application Fee, and payment of the Security Deposit. The available unit selected will be taken off the market for 24 hours to allow you time to submit the required items. Once a unit is reserved, it will be taken off the website.  To income qualify for one of our apartments, you must have verifiable income that is at least 2 1/2 times the rent (i.e. if the rent is $935/month, your monthly income must be at least $2,337).
