COVID-19 Precautions, Office Changes at CADA

Due to the spread of COVID-19, CADA is taking precautions and has implemented protocols to keep residents and staff safe and healthy. We are diligently monitoring CDC recommendations and are following the local, state, and federal developments regarding the health and economic impacts.

Day-to-day operations at the CADA leasing office and your building will continue as normal with these exceptions:

THE OFFICE IS CLOSED
Unless by appointment; Residents who want to make an appointment should contact their leasing agent directly, by phone or email. Lease questions and other inquiries will only be addressed with your leasing agent. A colorful new document drop box has been installed to the left of our leasing office front doors at the corner of P and 14th Street. This box is for documents requested by leasing only, it is not for rent payment.

For your convenience, we’ve added a Leasing drop box for submitting all documents, correspondence, keys and remotes. Rent placed in this box will not be accepted.

MAKE RENT PAYMENTS
Checks and money orders will only be accepted (no cash) via the silver rent drop slot located on the leasing office to the right of the double doors that are closest to the intersection of 14th Street and Carriage Path Alley.

EMAIL IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
If calling, you may contact our main office line (for appointment requests or general questions) by leaving a voicemail at 916-322-2114. During our office closure, email is the most effective form of communication for our office; we can serve you best that way.

  • For general resident requests, please contact us through your Resident Portal on our website: Resident Resources. We are also available by email or phone at info@cada.org or 916.322.2114, or via the property manager contact you already use.
  • For EMERGENCY maintenance issues, please call 916.324.8494 immediately. We regret that there may be a delay in servicing any or routine/non-emergency maintenance requests until further notice.

STAFFING
A limited number of employees will be available during this time to continue operations remotely. Please be patient with our communication as we are staffed with a smaller crew than usual.

SAFETY
All of our employees practice recommended social distancing, hand hygiene and mask protocols. We ask that if you have scheduled an in-person appointment at our offices that you wear a mask per Governor Newsom’s mask mandate.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these uncertain, challenging times.
