On May 4, 2022, CACDC, Williams + Paddon, Tricorp Group and subcontractors celebrated with a Topping Out Luncheon to commemorate completion of framing as the contractors placed the last beam atop the building. The team gave special recognition to the Tricorp on-site construction staff carrying the project day to day: David Leyva, Dan Verdone, and Karl Perkins. The team’s dedication to performing thoroughly and to the highest standard is bringing us closer to making Sonrisa the warm, safe haven home for many that we dreamed it to be. Because this is an active construction site on a small infill lot, attendance was limited to the core project team.
Next major steps in the construction process will be completion of the roof installation, rough-in’s (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), exterior finishes, interior finishes, and site work.
