Now with a full year under her belt, Danielle Foster is continuing CADA’s mission to manage state-owned properties around Downtown Sacramento with a particular focus on helping create affordable housing and improve overall street feel. CADA has two big projects on R and 16th streets on its docket this year, along with work to improve the Q Street streetscape and determine a future use for the former home of the Capital Athletic Club.
