Have you checked out Fresh Air: Fremont Park? Brought to you by Midtown Parks and sponsored by CADA, Fresh Air: Fremont Park offers free health and wellness programming in Fremont Park through September, including yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and dance fitness. Also, taking place every Friday through September, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the 16th Street side of Fremont Park is transformed into an open air co-working space (with tables and seating) where residents and visitors can utilize the City’s free Wi-Fi to get some work done while breathing in fresh air and taking in the green urban space. Rotating activations include live music, the Sac Library’s mobile library, lawn games, scooter demos from Spin, giveaways and more!
The full activity schedule and registration can be found through the Good Elephant app.
